Chairman & President
Dr. Danoff serves as Chairman and President of IntelliStem Orthopaedic Innovations, Inc. and is a co-founder of the Company and chief inventor of the IntelliStem core technology. He received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biomedical Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Penn State University College of Medicine at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. He is currently pursuing a residency in orthopaedic surgery at the New York Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia University Medical Center in Manhattan, New York and is completing the prestigious Harrison T. McLaughlin Research Fellowship in orthopaedic research. For his development of IntelliStem's core technology, Dr. Danoff received numerous awards including the Leonardo DaVinci Prize from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bernheim serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IntelliStem Orthopaedic Innovations, Inc. and is a co-founder of both the Company and the IntelliStem technology. Mr. Bernheim is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He received a BS in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, with a concentration in Finance, from The Wharton School, as well as a BS in Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, with a major in Bioengineering, and a Master of Biotechnology, with a focus in Biomedical Technologies, from the School of Engineering & Applied Science. Mr. Bernheim is currently an Analyst at Pegasus Capital Advisors. Mr. Bernheim has completed internships at Goldman Sachs (Private Equity & Specialty Lending - Special Situations Group), Morgan Stanley (Investment Banking - M&A Group), and UBS (Wealth Management).
Director of International Business Development
Eric Harbor is currently involved in the financial services industry. After graduating from New York University in 2000, he became involved in the metal recycling industry until 2006. He then went on to be involved in the equities market in New York where he then left and formed an investment company. Currently, he resides overseas seeking out foreign expertise in a variety of start up ventures.
